We have been operating here at the 310/11 Railway flats in Rani Bagh for quite a while now. Delhi is a loud place, and our corner of it is no different. Most days, we are just keeping up with the schedules and making sure things are moving like they should. It is not a shiny glass building or anything like that, just a regular office where the work happens. People come by asking about tickets or where their bags went, and we do what we can to help them out. Working for Indian Airlines means you see a lot of different people every single day. Some are happy to be going home, and others are just tired from a long trip. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at screens. Rani Bagh has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. Sometimes the tea guy comes around, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon when things get slow. We don't really do the big fancy speeches about what we do. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. It can be a bit messy sometimes, especially when the weather is bad and the flights get messed up. We've got a few old fans that make a lot of noise, but they keep the air moving during the summer. We are here every day, trying to keep things straight and making sure the paperwork gets filed correctly.
