Indian Airlines

We have been operating out of C-90 in the DLF Dilshad Extension II area for quite a while now. If you know Shahibabad, you know it can get pretty busy with all the people and the traffic moving through Ghaziabad. Our office isn't one of those fancy glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s just a regular place where we come every morning to handle the paperwork and the flight details. The desks are a bit old, and there’s always a stack of papers somewhere that needs sorting. We spend most of our time on the phones or typing things into the system. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound, but we’ve gotten used to it. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops, and there’s a guy who sells really good tea just a short walk away. We aren't here to do anything flashy. We just try to get the tickets booked and the questions answered as best as we can. It’s a lot of routine work, really. Some days are slower than others, which gives us a chance to catch up on filing. People from the nearby residential blocks sometimes stop by just to ask for directions or about flight timings. We don’t mind. It’s just the way it is here. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, but our office stays pretty much the same. It’s a practical space for us to do our jobs without any unnecessary fuss.
