Indian Airlines

We are located in New Delhi, specifically in the 110085 zip code area. It is a massive operation, but when you are working on the ground, it feels more like a lot of small tasks added together. Every day is about getting people from one place to another. There is a lot of noise from the engines and a lot of rushing around the terminals. We deal with all sorts of things, from lost luggage to delayed flights because of the Delhi fog in the winter. It is not always easy, and sometimes passengers are understandably frustrated. We just try to get through the day by helping where we can. The office is often full of paperwork and flight schedules that seem to change every hour. We eat a lot of quick meals and drink way too much coffee. It is a strange world where you are always looking at the clock and the weather report. The airport environment is always changing, with new security rules or different gates being used. We just adapt as we go along. Even though it is a big name, the people working here are just trying to do their jobs and get home at the end of the shift. We have been part of the landscape in Delhi for a long time. It is a bit of a grind, but seeing the planes take off never really gets old. We just keep the wheels turning and hope the bags get to the right place.
