We are located over in Sarita Vihar, at G-213. This part of New Delhi is a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice most days. Working in the airline business means things are always moving, even if we are just sitting in this office. We deal with a lot of the back-end stuff that keeps flights going. It is not all about the pilots and the planes you see at the airport; there is so much coordination happening here on the ground. We have stacks of schedules and passenger lists that need checking. Sometimes the phones will not stop ringing and everyone is asking for the same information at once. We just take it one call at a time. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area for lunch breaks. We have been at this for a while, so we know the routines well. You get used to the rhythm of the work after a few years. It is a job that requires staying calm when things get busy or when a flight is delayed and everyone is stressed. We do not have any fancy slogans to show off. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is handled correctly by the end of the shift. That is just how it goes for us here in Sarita Vihar every single day.
