It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building, but it makes the place feel more relaxed. We have a couple of rooms that we use for the office work. The living room area is where most of us sit. It’s got a good view of the other buildings in the complex. We see the kids playing downstairs in the evenings. The kitchen is always stocked with tea and coffee because we need it to get through the afternoon slump. We don’t have any big corporate logos on the walls, just some maps and schedules taped up. It’s a quiet place mostly, except when someone’s phone starts ringing loudly. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we often take the stairs if we’re in a hurry to get home. We’ve been based in Dwarka for a while now and we like the community here. It’s easy to get to by the metro. We just come in, do our shift, and try to keep things running smoothly. There’s no big mystery to how we work; we just take it one day at a time and handle whatever comes our way in this small office.
