This particular branch is located over in Mayur Vihar Phase I, specifically at 129B in Pocket IV. It’s more of a local hub for us where we handle some of the administrative side of things. It’s not like being at the airport with all the planes and noise. Here, it’s mostly just desks and files and people trying to sort out travel details or staff records. We’ve got a small group of people working here who have been with the airline for quite some time. The office itself is pretty standard, nothing that would catch your eye from the street. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day, and sometimes the stacks get a bit high. New Delhi is a busy place, and being in Mayur Vihar means we’re right in the middle of a residential area, so we see a lot of locals walking by. We just try to keep things organized so the bigger operations run smooth. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when there are changes in schedules or new rules, but we just buckle down and get it done. It’s a steady job and we like the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. It’s just an office where we put in our hours and make sure the back-end stuff for the airline is taken care of properly. It might look boring to some, but it keeps us busy.
