It’s a bit of a crowded area with the buses and all the people moving around, but it’s a good spot to be in. M. Ravi Shanker is usually around here handling things. It isn't a massive airport terminal or anything, just a local place where we deal with the smaller details of the business. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We spend most of our time talking to people or sorting through files that have piled up. New Delhi is always noisy, and Hari Nagar is no different, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the depot nearby. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big signs or posters. We just want to make sure the work gets finished by the end of the day. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a quick break, but otherwise, it’s pretty steady work. People from the neighborhood drop in sometimes just to ask directions or check on something. We don't have a big mission statement, we just show up and do the job as best as we can. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We've been at this address for quite some time now.
