Indian Airlines Limited

We have been based at Rzf-919 in Rajnagar Part II for quite some time now. This part of Palam Colony is always busy because it is so close to the airport area. You can hear the planes taking off all day, which reminds us of the work we have to do. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff for Indian Airlines Limited. It is not a shiny corporate office with fancy furniture. It is just a place where we keep our files and answer the phones. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know each other well. We deal with the schedules and making sure the ground crew knows where to be. Delhi traffic is a nightmare sometimes, so getting to the office can be a struggle for some of us. We just sit at our desks and get through the pile of paperwork. It is honest work, and we do not try to make it sound like more than it is. Sometimes the computers act up or the phones won't stop ringing. We just handle it. People in the neighborhood know us as the local airline office. We don't do much advertising. We just show up every morning and do what is on the list. It is a steady routine that keeps things moving in the right direction. We try to stay organized even when things get a bit chaotic with the flight changes. It is just how we do things here in New Delhi - 77.
