Our office is located at B-343 in Sudershan Park, which is part of the Moti Nagar area in New Delhi. We handle the reservation department side of things. It is a lot of phone calls and typing into old systems. The office is tucked away in a residential street, so it’s not as loud as the main road. We spend our shifts talking to people about flights, tickets, and travel dates. It can get a bit repetitive after a few hours, but we keep at it. The space isn’t very big, and it gets a bit cramped when the next shift arrives before we leave our desks. We have a small corner for tea and snacks, which is where most of us spend our short breaks. There are no fancy signs or big logos everywhere. It’s just a functional space where we do our jobs. Sometimes the phone lines get fuzzy or the computers take a while to load, but that is just part of the daily routine here. We’ve been in Sudershan Park for quite some time now, and most of the people working here are from the local area. We don't try to sound like a big corporation; we are just a group of people making sure tickets get booked correctly. It’s honest work, and we try to get it right so people don't have trouble at the airport later. It's a busy life.
