Indian Airlines In Reservation & Ticketing Department

We are over here at 113 New Arya Nagar, right on the Meerut Road. If you know the Shiva Scooter Agency, we are just near that spot. It's Ghaziabad, so things get a bit dusty and loud outside with all the traffic coming through. Our office is where the ticketing and reservation stuff happens for the airline. Most days, it’s just us sitting at the desks, handling the paperwork and the systems. The building is easy enough to find once you get into this part of town. We’ve been here for a while now. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually get our morning fix. It isn't a fancy corporate tower or anything like that. Just a regular room with computers and some chairs for people who come in. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it goes here. We deal with the bookings and try to get the names and dates right so nobody has trouble at the airport later. It’s mostly routine work, day in and day out. Sometimes it gets crowded when people have a lot of questions about their flights. We just try to keep things moving. The fan on the ceiling makes a bit of a clicking sound but you get used to it after ten minutes. That's pretty much our daily life in this corner of Ghaziabad. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
