Our spot is at 970, H.H.Haider, right in the middle of the chaos that is Chandni Chowk. If you know Panjabi Phatak, you know how tight those lanes can get. Working here is different from being at a big airport terminal. It’s an old building, and we’ve been here for years. There’s history in these walls, even if the paint is peeling a bit in the corners. We handle a lot of the paperwork and ground stuff for the flights. It gets noisy outside with the rickshaws and the traders yelling, but we’re used to it by now. People come in looking for help with their travel, and we do what we can with the systems we have. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out with a hand fan while we talk about the old days. It’s a very traditional way of doing things in Delhi 110006. We don't have the flashy lights of a modern office. Just desks, old files, and a lot of people passing through. Indian Airlines has been a name people know for a long time, and this office is just a small part of that history. We talk to the locals, handle the bookings, and try to keep things organized. It’s not always perfect, and the stairs are a bit steep. But it’s where we work every day. Being in Chandni Chowk means you’re never bored, even if the commute is a struggle. We just take it one passenger at a time and hope the weather stays clear.
