This office is located at 12 From I.S.C. Board in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a specific spot, and people sometimes get confused by the address if they aren't from around here. We’ve been operating out of this location for a good while. The building is pretty standard for the area, nothing that really stands out from the street. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and filing cabinets. We deal with various things related to Indian Airlines from this site. It isn't a place where passengers come to board planes, obviously. It’s more about the administrative side of things. The hallways are a bit narrow and the lighting is that typical office yellow. We have a small break room where the coffee pot is always on, though the coffee isn't always great. The noise from the street is constant, but you stop noticing it after the first hour of work. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a lot of lists and schedules that we need to follow. The floors are linoleum and they get a bit slippery when it rains outside. Most of us have worked here for years, so we have a rhythm. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work that keeps the bigger system running. We just show up and do what’s expected of us every single day. The building is old but it works for what we need.
