Indian Airlines Call Centre

We’re located at M-42 A on Street Number 4 in New Mahavir Nagar. It’s a typical narrow street in this part of Delhi, so if you’re coming by car, parking is always a bit of a puzzle. Our call centre isn't one of those massive buildings you see in Gurgaon. It’s just a converted space in a residential street where we answer phones and help people with their travel plans. The headsets are a bit old, and sometimes the internet gets a little slow when it rains, but we always find a way to stay online. It’s a lively atmosphere inside, lots of talking and the sound of typing all day long. We have a small area for snacks and a water cooler that always seems to need a refill. Most of us live within a few kilometers, so we just walk or take a rickshaw to work. New Mahavir Nagar has a lot of small businesses like ours tucked away in these streets. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a security gate with a uniform. You just walk up the stairs and you’re there. It’s honest work, and we try to be as helpful as we can to everyone who calls in. Sometimes the street gets flooded during the monsoon, and we have to hop over puddles to get to the door, but that’s just life in Delhi. We’re just a local team doing our bit. We take turns making coffee and keeping the place tidy.
