Indian Airlines Call Centre

The Indian Airlines Call Centre is located at J-Ii/70 in the J.J. Colony area of Wazirpur. It is a very busy and crowded part of New Delhi. Our office is right in the middle of all that activity. It is not a big corporate building. It is more like a few rooms that have been set up for us to handle the phone lines. We spend the whole shift talking to passengers about their flights and booking details. It is always loud, both inside from the talking and outside from the street noise. The space is a bit tight, with desks close together. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big lobby. There’s just a small entrance and then the workspace. The equipment is basic, but it gets the job done. We’ve been in this location for a good while. The staff here is used to the local vibe. We usually get our lunch from the small shops nearby in the colony. It’s a very humble place to work. There are no corporate slogans on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on answering the calls as they come in and trying to help people out with their travel questions. It’s a real, lived-in office where we just do our daily work without any extra polish or pretense.
