Indian Airlines Call Center

Our call center is located at 1/207 in Subhash Nagar. It is not a quiet place by any means. The phones start ringing early in the morning and they don't really stop until very late. We sit in a crowded room in this part of New Delhi, 110027, and talk to people about their flights all day long. Some callers are upset because of delays, and others are just trying to find out where their bags are. It is a lot of listening and typing into old systems. The office is simple, with basic desks and chairs that have been around for years. We do not have any of those modern lounge areas or fancy perks you see in movies. It is just a room full of people working hard to answer questions. Subhash Nagar is a very busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We take our breaks in small groups and usually grab a snack from the local vendors nearby. Working for an airline means things change quickly, especially when the weather is bad. We just try to stay calm and give the right information. It is a straightforward job that requires a lot of patience. We have been at this address for a long time, and everyone in the neighborhood knows the building. It is just part of the daily life here.
