About Indian Airlines Call Center – Tourism in Delhi
The Indian Airlines Call Center operates out of the Stracon Office Back Solution in the Janakpuri Distick Center. This is a very busy commercial area in New Delhi, and our office is right in the middle of it. It’s a large room filled with rows of desks, headsets, and computer screens. Since it’s a call center, the air is always full of the sound of people talking. It never really gets quiet here. We handle all sorts of queries about flights and bookings. The furniture is pretty basic and shows some wear and tear from being used 24/7. We don't have any decorative plants or fancy art; it’s all very practical. There’s a small break room where we can sit for a few minutes and have some water or tea, but most of the time we are at our stations. The Distick Center outside is always buzzing with people going to the banks or the food stalls. Finding parking is almost impossible, so most of us take the bus or the metro. The office lighting is bright, and the computers get pretty warm, so the fans are always spinning. It’s a lot of repetitive work, and sometimes callers can be a bit difficult, but we just do our best to help them out. We don’t have a big corporate culture; we just focus on clearing the call queue and making sure the information is correct. It’s a tough job but an honest one.
