Indian Airlines Call Center

You can find us at 240D Regent in Shipra Sun City, over in Ghaziabad. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit different from the usual office blocks you see in the city. This is the Indian Airlines Call Center. The phones here never really stop ringing, and there is always the sound of people talking in the background. We work in shifts, so the office is almost always occupied by someone. It is not a very large space, and things can get a bit cramped when everyone is on duty at the same time. We have rows of headsets and computers that have seen better days. The view from the window is just of the other tall buildings in Shipra Sun City. It is a quiet neighborhood otherwise, which is nice when we step out for a short break. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together in the small corner we have for breaks. There is no fancy cafeteria here. We just handle the calls as they come in. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when there are flight delays or bad weather issues to explain. We just try to keep a calm head and talk to the passengers. The furniture is basic and the carpet is a bit worn out from all the feet moving around. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in this part of Ghaziabad.
