Indian Airlines Call Center

You can find us at the Indian Airlines Call Center located over in Ashok Vatika, specifically at Plot No 677, House No 12 in Devli. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot in New Delhi, but we’ve got a whole setup here to handle the calls that come in day and night. The building is basically a house that we’ve converted into our workspace, so it has a different vibe than those massive call centers you see in Gurgaon. It can get pretty loud in here when all the lines are busy and everyone is talking at once. We deal with all sorts of questions about flights and bookings, and sometimes the callers are a bit frustrated, so we just try to stay calm and help them out. The area around Devli is quite crowded, and the roads can be a bit rough, but we’re used to it. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is decent, just to get some fresh air away from the headsets and screens. It’s hard work and the shifts can be long, but the team here gets along well. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby, just the desks and the equipment we need to do the job. It’s a straightforward operation where we just focus on getting through the call queue and making sure the information we give out is right.
