Indian Airlines Call Center

Our setup is at A-271 B.H.Camp in New Delhi, right near those Kalka Ji D.D.A. flats. It is a busy place because we run the Indian Airlines Call Center from here. If you ever call 9958933299 or 9999155525, you are probably talking to one of us sitting at a desk in this building. It’s not a fancy office with big views. It’s mostly just rows of computers and people wearing headsets all day long. The noise never really stops because there are always people asking about flight timings or trying to change their bookings. We get all sorts of callers, some are in a hurry and some are just frustrated with their travel plans. We try to keep our heads down and just answer the questions as they come. The area around B.H.Camp is quite crowded, so getting to work can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We take our breaks in a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. It is a very basic operation. We don't have any glossy brochures or marketing people walking around. It’s just us trying to manage the phone lines. Sometimes the systems go slow and we have to ask people to wait, which isn't great, but it’s just how it goes. We’ve been here at this address for a long time and the locals know us. It’s a loud, busy, and very normal place to work.
