Indian Airlines Call Center

This is the Indian Airlines Call Center located at A/62 Jawahar Park. We are tucked away in the Khanpur area, right on Devli Road in New Delhi. It’s a pretty lively spot with a lot of traffic passing by all the time. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people talking on phones and the hum of the air conditioning. We’ve been operating from this building for a long time. It isn't a fancy glass tower like you see in Gurgaon. It’s just a regular building where we come to work every day. We deal with a lot of calls, as you can imagine. People calling about flights, tickets, and all sorts of travel questions. Sometimes the lines are busy and people have to wait, which we know can be frustrating for them. We just try to get through the list as fast as we can. The staff here are just regular people from the neighborhood and surrounding areas. We take our breaks, have our lunch, and then get back to the headsets. Devli Road is always noisy, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the buses and horns outside. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is on a shift, but we make it work. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just have our schedules and the phone lines. That’s our day, from start to finish. We just try to help folks get their travel stuff sorted out.
