Indian Airlines Bpo

The office is located over at C-59 on Street No-3 in North Chhajju Puri. If you know the area, it’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where everyone is always in a bit of a hurry to get somewhere. Being an Indian Airlines Bpo means there is always a phone ringing or someone typing away at a desk in the back. It isn't a huge glass building like the ones you see in Gurgaon. It’s just a regular spot in the street where we show up every morning to start the shift. We deal with a lot of paperwork and computer screens all day long. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or talk amongst ourselves until things start back up. North Chhajju Puri has its own pace, and we’re just a small part of it. Most of the staff live nearby or take the rickshaw to get here from the station. We don’t have a big sign with flashing lights or anything like that. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the files and chairs, but we make it work. We spend most of our time answering questions and trying to figure out schedules for the flights. It’s noisy outside with the bikes and the vendors, but once you’re inside, it’s just the sound of the fans and the keyboard clicking. It’s a steady job and we’ve been at this 110094 address for a good while now. Not much changes from day to day, which is fine by us.
