Indian Airlines B.P.O.

We are based out of house number D-507 in Ajronda, over in Faridabad. This isn't a shiny glass office building. It’s more of a regular house that we’ve converted to handle the B.P.O. work for Indian Airlines. We spend our shifts on the phones and at the computers. It gets pretty cramped inside when the whole team is here, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s usually quiet outside while we are busy working inside. We deal with a lot of data and calls, which can be exhausting after a few hours. There is always a stack of logs to go through. We have a small area in the back where we take our breaks. It’s nothing fancy, just a table and some chairs. Haryana summers are tough, so we rely on the fans and the old AC unit to keep us going. We aren't some big call center in a tech park. We are just local workers doing our bit. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s a straightforward job without any of the corporate fluff you see elsewhere. Just people and phones in a house in Faridabad. We’ve been here for a while and the setup works for what we need to get done every single day.
