Indian Airlines Bpo

This office is over in Saket, specifically at 100/2 Sector-1 in Pushp Vihar. It’s a pretty standard spot for a BPO like this. We spend most of our time at the Indian Airlines BPO handling calls and sorting through data. The area around Pushp Vihar is mostly residential so it’s a bit calmer than the city center. We have a lot of shifts going on here so the office is almost always occupied. It’s just a regular building with people coming and going at odd hours. We have our headsets and our monitors and that’s about it. The furniture is a bit worn out but it does the job. We don’t really have customers walking in since everything is done over the lines. It’s a lot of talking and typing all day long. Sometimes we take a walk during our break to get some fresh air away from the screens. There are some tea stalls nearby where we usually hang out. It’s a decent place to work if you don’t mind the routine. We just keep the operations running as best as we can. Every day is pretty much the same but we have a good group of people here. We just try to get through the call queue without too many issues. It's not a flashy job but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. (247 words)
