Indian Airlines Bpo Service Omnia

Our office for Indian Airlines Bpo Service Omnia is located in Savitri Nagar, which is part of the larger Malviya Nagar area. We are on the second floor of the C-214 building. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of narrow lanes and small shops everywhere you look. Being on the 2nd floor means we get a little bit of a break from the noise on the street, but not much. The stairs are a bit steep, so we all get a bit of exercise just coming into work. Inside, it’s a typical workspace. We have rows of desks with computers and headsets. It can get pretty loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, maybe just a couple of notices and a clock that’s five minutes fast. The lighting is fluorescent, which isn't the best, but it gets the job done. We have a small area in the back where we keep our bags and eat our lunch. There isn't a lot of extra space to move around, but we manage. We’ve all worked together for a while, so we get along fine without much fuss. The internet goes out sometimes, and we all just sit around waiting for it to come back so we can continue. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and we’re right in the heart of New Delhi 17. We don't have a big sign outside.
