Indian Airlines Back-Office

Our back-office for Indian Airlines is situated in Rohini, Sector 11, at H-5/22. This isn't the airport or a place where you’d go to board a plane. It’s where the administrative work happens. We deal with the records and the data that keep things moving behind the scenes. Rohini is a big residential hub, so most of us live quite close by. The office is just a regular building on a residential street. Inside, it’s mostly computers and filing cabinets. We’ve been using this space for quite a few years now. The name Indian Airlines is old, but we still handle the back-end tasks that were assigned to this branch. It’s quiet work. We don’t see many outsiders, mostly just the same team every day. We aren't trying to sell tickets to people walking by. We just focus on the spreadsheets and the internal logs. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just how it is in Delhi. We have a small kitchen where we heat up our tiffins at lunch. It’s a steady, routine job without much drama. We just make sure the numbers match up and the files are where they belong before we head home. The light in the hallway flickers occasionally.
