We are tucked away on the fourth floor of House No-274 in Giri Nagar. It’s in the Tilak Khand part of Kalkaji, which is a pretty well-known area in New Delhi. This place is mostly a back-office setup, so it’s not the kind of spot where people just walk in off the street for a chat. We do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for airlines, mostly handling data and support through Omnia BPO. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens for hours. The stairs up to the fourth floor can be a bit of a workout if the lift is being slow, which happens sometimes. We have a team that stays pretty focused on the paperwork and digital tasks that keep things moving for the flights. It’s quiet inside compared to the noise of the Kalkaji streets outside. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just rows of desks and people working on their headsets. Lunchtimes are usually spent grabbing something quick from the local stalls nearby. We’ve been here for a while, just doing the steady work that needs to be done.
