Indian Airlines Back Office As T.T.M In Reservations

We are located right in the thick of it at 1133, Gali Samosan. Being near Chandni Chowk in Delhi means there is always noise and people everywhere. Farash Khana is an old part of town, but it is where we work. Our setup here is focused on the Indian Airlines back office stuff, specifically the T.T.M side of things in reservations. It is a lot of sorting through bookings and making sure the system has everything correct. The office itself is tucked away in the alley, so it stays a bit cooler than the main street. We have a few desks and some old computers that still work fine for what we need. It is mostly about checking names and dates and fixing mistakes when they pop up in the flight records. It is steady work, and we have all been doing it for a long time now. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up talking about the day's tasks. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone is traveling. We just take it one reservation at a time. It is not a glamorous spot, but it is an important part of how things keep moving for the airline. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands and like the routine of the job. There is always a lot to do, and we just get on with it every day.
