Indian Airlines Bacjk Office

We are located at Flat No 112 in Venus Apptt. It’s inside Inder Enclave, over in the Perra Garhi area of New Delhi. It might seem strange to have an airline back office in an apartment complex, but it works for us. It’s 110041 for the mail. Most of what we do is paperwork and staying on top of the files. It stays pretty quiet inside compared to the busy streets outside the gate. We have desks set up in the main rooms and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a ticket counter. It’s more about the behind-the-scenes stuff that people don’t usually see. We spend our hours looking at screens and sorting through documents. The apartment vibe makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big office tower. We have our tea breaks in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we stay too late, so we try to keep the noise down. The commute to Perra Garhi can be a mess during peak hours, so most of us try to get here early. It’s a steady job and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Indian Airlines has a lot of moving parts and we are just one small piece of that. It’s a lot of administrative stuff but it has to get done by someone.
