Indian Airline

We are based at 10/27 in Nehru Nagar, New Delhi. This is actually care of Mr. Gian Chand, so it is a very personal sort of place. Nehru Nagar is one of those older residential areas where everyone kind of knows their neighbor's business. We are tucked away in a spot that feels more like a home than a company office. Our pin code is 110065. We deal with stuff related to Indian Airline, but we aren't the ones flying the planes. We are the ones sitting in a small room with a lot of paperwork and a phone that never stops. It is a quiet street usually, which is nice because it lets us focus. Mr. Gian Chand has been around for a long time, and having the office here makes it feel like we are part of the family. We don't have a big sign outside or a glass front. You’d probably walk right past us if you weren't looking for the house number. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment. It is just a few people in a house in New Delhi trying to make sure the work gets done correctly. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished reception desk, just some old chairs and a lot of patience. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play cricket right outside the window.
