We are Indian Airline Bpo, and you can find us at D-49B in Shakarpur. Delhi is a big place, but Shakarpur has its own feel, and we’ve fit right in here. We spend our days handling the back-end stuff for airlines. It’s a lot of data entry, checking numbers, and making sure the details are right. It’s not the kind of job people write books about, but it’s what we do. The office is a bit cramped, especially when we’re all in at the same time. We’ve got desks lined up and wires running everywhere for the computers. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate talk. We’re just a group of people working a job. Some of us have been here for years, and some are just starting out. We talk about cricket during our breaks and complain about the commute when the Metro is delayed. Being in Shakarpur means there’s always something going on outside the window. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s not glamorous, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure the airline stuff is handled properly from our little corner of Delhi. That's really all there is to it.
