We’ve been at this spot in Shanti Niketan Colony for a while now. It’s a quiet enough part of Bulandshahar, though the roads get dusty in the summer and the traffic can be a headache. House number 144 is where Indrajit Singh stays, under the care of Arjun Singh. You’ll usually see a few of us hanging around outside near the gate when the sun goes down and it finally gets a bit cooler. Living here and being part of the Indian Air Force means things follow a pretty set routine. We don’t have fancy signs or big office buildings right here, it’s just a home in a regular neighborhood where we handle our daily business. People around here know us as the folks who are always up early and back late. The house is sturdy but nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, there’s always tea on the stove and some papers scattered on the wooden table. We don't really do the whole corporate thing because that's not how life works in a place like this. Most days are just about getting the paperwork sorted or making sure the household is running okay while the work goes on. It’s honest work and a decent place to live. The neighbors are mostly families who’ve been here for decades. You hear the sounds of the colony—kids playing, scooters starting up—while we focus on what needs to be done for the day.
