Indiabulls Securities Ltd has a bit of a complicated setup when it comes to where we are. Our main paperwork goes through C/O A. Barick at G-2, Mahdv Pooja, located in Sai Baba Ngr, Bhayandar (E), Thane. That is out in Maharashtra. But we also have a presence in Delhi, or rather the Ghaziabad side, at 195D, Shipra City. It’s a bit of a split existence between the outskirts of Mumbai and the edge of Delhi in UP. The Thane spot in Mahdv Pooja is a ground floor unit, G-2, which is handy because we don't have to deal with elevators. Sai Baba Ngr is a busy residential pocket. Then you have the Shipra City address in Ghaziabad, which is a whole different vibe. It’s a big residential township and 195D is where the Delhi-related stuff happens. Dealing with two different regions means we are always looking at different calendars and weather reports. One day it's raining in Thane and sunny in Ghzbd. We just keep things moving between the two spots. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters with a sign on top of a skyscraper. It’s more like a series of rooms where people are busy on computers and phones. We use the space we have and don't worry too much about the decor. It’s about getting the numbers right and keeping track of the files. We just do the work and try to stay organized.
