Our place is located at 27881 Vasant Road in Paharganj. If you’ve ever been to Paharganj, you know it’s a bit of a maze and always crowded. Our office fits right into that vibe. It’s a practical space where we spend most of our hours looking at travel itineraries and talking to hotels. It’s often noisy outside with the rickshaws and people walking by, but we’re used to it. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or anything. We just sit down with whoever walks in and try to figure out what they need for their trip. The office has been here for a while, and it shows in the worn-out chairs and the stacks of paper everywhere. We’re not trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just want to make sure the bookings are correct. It’s a lot of manual work, checking and re-checking dates. We have a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to cleaning the front window. Paharganj is a unique place to work, and we’ve seen all sorts of travelers come through here. We just provide a spot where they can get their travel plans organized. It’s a simple, no-nonsense kind of business. We just do our part and hope people have a good trip. Usually, we're here until late in the evening making sure everything is ready for the next morning's departures.
