Our place is over at B 549 in the 110054 zip code area of Delhi. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which we prefer. The building is just a regular one, and we’ve been using this space for a while to run our operations. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with computers, some stacks of brochures that need sorting, and a lot of notebooks. We spend most of our time looking at routes and checking on bookings. It’s not a glamorous setup. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air, though the view is mostly just other buildings and some power lines. The tea guy comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight for most of us. We don’t have a big corporate structure here. If something needs fixing, one of us just grabs a screwdriver and tries to handle it. We know our way around the city and the different ways to get things done, which helps since we’ve lived here all our lives. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing, and other days it’s so quiet you can hear the clock ticking on the wall. We just take it as it comes and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It’s a simple life, and we like being our own bosses in this little corner of Delhi.
