India Travel Mart (Itm)

Our office is located at B-2-C in the Dda Flats of Tagore Garden. It’s a typical New Delhi 110027 neighborhood, so it feels very local. India Travel Mart, or Itm as we usually call it, is a place where we organize a lot of different trips and events. We aren't some massive corporate agency with hundreds of branches. We operate out of these flats, which makes it feel a bit more like a family business. People from around Tagore Garden know us, and we get a lot of repeat visitors who just want to talk about their next vacation. The desks are always covered in brochures and itineraries. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. New Delhi is a busy place, and travel can be stressful, so we just try to make it a bit easier for people who walk through our door. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just come in, sit down, and we talk about where you want to go. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, and we’ve seen the area change around us. The work is steady, and we like the rhythm of it. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s just about being there when someone needs a ticket or a hotel room booked.
