We are located at D-687 in Saraswati Vihar, which is a pretty busy part of New Delhi. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular building where we handle all the tourism stuff for the country. If you come by, you'll see desks piled with brochures and maps of places all over India. It gets quite loud during the day because of the traffic on the main road nearby, but we’re used to it. The team here has been around for quite a while. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to letters. It’s mostly just making sure the hotels and transport for travelers are sorted out. We don’t really do the flashy advertising here; we just do the actual work. Sometimes the tea guy is late and we all get a bit grumpy until we have our morning cup. The office has that old-school government feel to it, with heavy wooden furniture and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We know the neighborhood well and often grab lunch at the local stalls around the corner. It's a lot of coordination and paperwork, but it’s what keeps the tourists moving across the different states. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everything organized despite the constant rush that comes with being in New Delhi.
