We are located at 57, Narmada Apartments in the Alaknanda area of New Delhi. It is a residential-feeling spot, which is a bit different than the big office blocks you see downtown. The pin code is 110019. India Tourism Development Corp. Ltd is the name we go by, but here at Narmada Apartments, it just feels like another part of the day. We do not have any interest in sounding like a big polished entity. We are just people working out of a flat, basically. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day—kids playing or people coming home from work. It keeps us grounded. We do not have a mission or any of that stuff. We just have things that need to be finished before we go home. Alaknanda is a nice enough place to be based. It is not as frantic as some other parts of Delhi. We spend our time at number 57 just handling the paperwork and the calls that come in. It is practical work. No one here is trying to be a big shot. We just use the space we have and try to be honest about what we are. Some people might expect something different from the name, but this is the reality of our daily life at the apartment. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can.
