We are located in Katwria Sarai, at H-111/301, right in that busy stretch of New Delhi-110016. The office isn't very large, so we have to be smart about where we put all the brochures and travel documents. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is tapping away on a keyboard trying to find the right connection for a trip. It gets quite noisy outside with the traffic and the general buzz of the Sarai area, but we’re used to it by now. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking to people about where they want to go. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure dates align and tickets are actually in hand. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who walks in feeling the Delhi heat. The desks are covered in sticky notes because that’s how we keep track of the little details that might get lost otherwise. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us here in the office doing the work. Sometimes we stay late when someone has a problem with their travel plans, just trying to get it sorted before the next day. It is a bit of a squeeze when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work. It’s a steady job that keeps us connected to the rest of the world from our small corner of the city.
