Our office, India Times Travel, is up on the second floor of F-3/14 in Sector-11, Rohini. It’s a residential-style building, so you have to walk up the stairs to find us. Delhi is always moving fast, and Rohini is no different. We spend our days looking at screens and talking to airlines. It’s a small operation, really. We started this because we liked planning trips, and it just turned into a job. We don’t have a big fancy storefront with neon lights; just a sign and some chairs for customers to wait in. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors from around the sector who want to go on a pilgrimage or a family holiday. We try to find the cheapest options because we know everyone’s working hard for their money. Sometimes we stay late because a client’s flight got canceled or they’re stuck at an airport. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. The office gets a bit cramped when more than three people show up at once, but we manage. We’ve got our maps on the wall and a lot of tea going around. It feels more like a home office than a big corporation. If you’re in Sector-11, you can just stop by and we can chat about where you want to go. No pressure, just a talk. We don't do anything special, we just help people with their travel plans.
