India Times Travel

India Times Travel is based at 70E/3B in Amritpuri. It’s a part of East of Kailash that stays pretty active. I’ve lived in New Delhi my whole life and this office feels like a second home to me. It’s on the ground floor, so it’s easy to step in. We don't have a big sign, just a small one near the door. Inside, there are a couple of wooden desks and some old chairs. I spend my day talking to people who want to go on holiday or need to visit home. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking dates. The air conditioner is a bit loud, but it works well in the summer heat. We have a small window that looks out onto the street. I see the same people walking their dogs every morning. We don't do those big flashy tours you see on TV. We just help people get their tickets and figure out their routes. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a short break. It’s a quiet business, really. We don't spend money on big ads. Most of our customers come because their cousins or friends told them about us. I keep a diary on my desk to write down all the reminders. It's just a simple office in a busy part of the city where we get things done without making a big fuss about it.
