If you come down to H-127 in Naraina Vihar, you’ll find us. This is the office for India Times Travel here in New Delhi 110028. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood, not too flashy or anything. We spend our days mostly looking at computer screens and talking to people about where they want to fly or stay. It’s a lot of clicking through different websites to find a price that isn't too crazy. The office itself is a bit small and we have files stacked up in the corners because we never seem to throw anything away. We have a tea guy who comes by in the afternoon, which is usually when things are at their busiest. We don't use any fancy talk here; we just tell people what’s available. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to give someone their tickets, and we all have to stop and fix it. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation. We’ve been in Naraina Vihar for a long time, so we know the local shops and the traffic patterns well. There isn't a big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some maps. We just try to get people their travel plans without making any mistakes. It's a lot of repetitive work but we like the people we work with and the regulars who stop by to say hello.
