We are tucked away in Gali No.14, over in F-Block of Khajoori Khas. It’s a lively part of Delhi where the streets are narrow and always full of life. Our building at F-253 is where people from the neighborhood come together. It isn’t a grand palace or anything like the big tourist spots. It’s just a place with some rooms where we talk, learn, and keep our traditions going. We spend a lot of time organizing small events or just sitting around talking about what’s happening in the community. Sometimes the kids get a bit noisy playing outside, but we don't mind much. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. It’s about the people who walk through the door, not how the ceiling looks. We don’t have a big staff with suits. It’s just a few of us making sure the lights are on and the place is open when it needs to be. You can hear the sounds of the market nearby all day long. We share tea and discuss things that matter to the families living around here. It’s a simple role we play in the community, and we just try to keep things respectful and quiet inside when the world outside gets too loud. It's a space for everyone to just be themselves for a while.
