The main way people get a hold of us is through the email sutapaba@gmail.com. We don’t really have a big physical front that people walk into every day for India International Centre. Instead, we spend a lot of our time managing everything through that inbox. It might seem a bit different not having a street address to point to, but in this day and age, a lot of what we do happens right there on the screen. We sit at our desks, wherever we happen to be set up, and we just go through the messages one by one. It’s a lot of typing and reading and making sure everyone gets a response. Even though the contact is digital, there are real people behind it. We aren't a big faceless entity; we’re just a small group handling things as they come in. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, and we have to wait to get back to everyone, but we eventually do. It’s a simple way to run things without the overhead of a big physical office space. We focus on the communication part of the job. It’s practical and direct. We don't have to worry about traffic or office rent in the same way, we just worry about keeping that email organized and making sure no one is left waiting too long. That is pretty much how we operate every day.
