We are based at C-12/500 in Yamuna Vihar. This is in the North East part of Delhi, which is a very busy residential and commercial area. We aren't in one of those big office parks. Our space is right in the middle of the community. It’s a simple building where we carry out our daily tasks. Yamuna Vihar has a lot of energy, with markets and schools nearby, so there’s always noise and people around. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy lobby. It’s just a place where we get our work done. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the long Delhi commute every day. We don't use complicated words or have big meetings about goals. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and we do it. We’ve been at this address for a good while and we’re part of the neighborhood now. People often stop by just to say hello or ask a question. We don't spend money on advertising. We just rely on doing a good job and letting people find us. It’s a very practical and straightforward way to run things. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the street gets crowded, but we just work around it. It’s an honest, everyday kind of office and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day.
