India Habitat Centre

India Habitat Centre operates out of Quarter No. 17 at S.P.M. College in New Delhi. Even though the address mentions Haryana, we are situated right here on the college campus. It is a bit of a different setup because we are located in one of the residential staff quarters rather than a traditional office block. The campus is usually full of students and teachers, so there is always a lot of energy around us. Our office is a quiet place where we handle various administrative tasks and project coordination. It is an older building with high ceilings and thick walls, which keeps it a bit cooler in the summer months. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy reception area. Most people find us by asking the security guards at the college gate for directions to Quarter 17. We have been in this spot for many years, and our rooms are filled with files, desks, and chairs. It is a very practical working environment. We don't host big events here; we mostly just deal with the day-to-day paperwork and meetings that keep our projects moving along. The sound of the college bells and students talking outside is just part of our daily routine. We aren't a big corporate entity. We are just a small team doing our jobs in a quiet corner of the college grounds.
