India Awadh (To Be Franchised With Ramada)

Our business is India Awadh. We are working on being franchised with Ramada soon. Our office is located at I - 1643 in C.R. Park, on the second floor. This is in New Delhi - 110019. You can reach us at 26277150 if the lines are working. The office is a bit of a work in progress. We have a lot of plans, but for now, it's just a bunch of desks and some very busy people. Being in Chittaranjan Park is great because the area has a lot of life. We spend a lot of time on the phone. It can get a bit hectic. We aren't a polished corporate office yet. There are boxes in the corner and the paint might need a touch-up here and there. But we are here every day, putting in the hours. We don't use fancy slogans. We just talk to people and try to get things organized. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We have a small team. Everyone knows what they need to do. We don't have big meetings for no reason. We just get on with it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the neighborhood well. It’s a good place to be based. We are just regular folks working hard in New Delhi. The second floor stays pretty cool even when it is hot outside.
