Indebo Travels is based at B40 in Ward No:4, which is right in the Mehrauli area of New Delhi. Mehrauli is one of those places with a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk down the narrow streets near our office. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at from the outside, just a regular door in a busy street. Inside, we have a bunch of maps pinned to the walls and desks that are usually covered in travel brochures and booking confirmations. It’s a small team of us working here, and we spend most of our time trying to figure out the best routes for people and making sure their hotels are actually booked. We get a lot of noise from the street outside—honking cars, people shouting, and the usual Delhi bustle. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't use any fancy software that does everything for us; it’s still a lot of manual checking and double-checking. Usually, we have a pot of tea going, and we take turns answering the phone when it rings. We aren’t trying to be a massive travel corporation. We just want to help people get their trips sorted without too many headaches. It’s a busy, cramped, and lively place to work, but we manage to get things done every day.
