Indamer Company Private Limited operates out of Flat No-S4 1/11 in the Amba Apartment complex over in Rajender Nagar, Ghaziabad. It is a quiet residential-style office, which actually helps us focus on the technical side of what we do. We have been in this spot for a bit, and it works for us. Even though we have a big-sounding name, we are just a dedicated team working from this flat. Most of our time is spent on paperwork, coordination, and making sure the technical requirements for the aviation side are met. Ghaziabad can be a bit hectic with the commute, but Rajender Nagar is a decent place to be based. We aren't into the whole corporate flashiness. Our office has desks, some computers, and a lot of files. That’s about it. We deal with maintenance stuff and aircraft parts, so there is a lot of responsibility on our shoulders. It is not the kind of job where you can make mistakes. We spend our mornings going through lists and our afternoons on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just wait it out and get back to work. We like the fact that we are a small, tight-knit group. It makes communication easier when you are all sitting in the same apartment. We just keep our heads down and do the work every single day. There’s always plenty of things to get through, so we stay busy and focused.
