Incube Business Centre

Our place is called Incube Business Centre and we are located at House Number 1454 in Sector 9, Faridabad. It is a decent-sized spot in a busy part of the city. We have a lot of desks and chairs set up inside for people who need a place to work. The street outside can get pretty jammed during the morning hours, but once you get inside the building, it stays mostly quiet. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just people on their laptops or taking phone calls. The Sector 9 area has a lot of small shops around, so we usually just walk out to get tea or a quick bite at lunch. Being at H.No.1454 means we are easy to find once you get into the residential block. We’ve been here for a bit and know the neighbors pretty well. There isn't a big staff here, just a couple of us who manage the keys and make sure the electricity stays on. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we get it fixed as fast as we can. It’s a straightforward setup for anyone in Fbd who needs an office space without having to rent a whole building themselves. We just keep things running day to day and try to keep the place tidy for whoever is coming in to use the space.
