Our office is right at 17B S P Mukherjee Marg, very close to the Old Delhi Railway Station. If you know that area, you know how crowded and loud it gets with all the travelers and trains. It’s a perfect spot for a travel business, though. We spend our days booking tickets, planning routes, and trying to help people get where they need to go. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for quite some time now. The walls are covered with old maps and posters of places people want to visit. It’s not a polished corporate space; it’s more of a functional office where the printer is always running. We deal with a lot of walk-ins because of the railway station nearby. People come in looking for a last-minute seat or a hotel room. We just do our best to find something that works. It gets pretty hectic during the holiday seasons. The tea stall outside is where we usually take our breaks. We know the train schedules by heart and we’ve seen all sorts of travelers pass through our doors. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and staring at computer screens for hours. We just try to keep things simple and honest.
